Quality Manager

Our client, an international company producing advanced auxiliary modules and gas and chemical distribution systems for the semiconductor industry, is opening a new production site in Poland.

For over 20 years, as a leading supplier of modular metal solutions, 3D Strut has been reaching global customers, cooperating with leading brands from the hi-tech industry and beyond. They offer customers a wide range of customised products including all MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems.

Due to the dynamically changing market, the company decided to open a completely new production site in Gdańsk, expanding its presence in Europe.

If you want to be part of this development, apply for the position of a Quality Manager. You will be responsible formanaging product quality control, leading the company's quality system and assimilating it into its organizational culture.

What we expect

• minimum of several years of experience in a similar position and related industry
• higher education degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Management. additional certificates are welcomed
• high proficiency in English (at least B2 level)
• knowledge and experience working with ISO standards
• ability to analyze and improve production processes
• experience in process control and statistical sampling plans
• openness to working in an international environment
• proactive approach in implementing processes and solving problems

Your tasks

• formulating and implementing the company's quality policy
• planning and controlling quality requirements and defining work procedures
• proactive approach towards achieving and maintaining quality standards, setting and analyzing process monitoring indicators
• establishing control procedures when setting quality standards and factory measurements
• responsibility for test standards of new products
• collaborating with customers on product quality and handling complaints
• analyzing customer complaints and developing corrective actions
• focusing on certification according to international standards (ISO, COC)
• identifying quality issues in production and establishing monitoring and improvement mechanisms (process improvement, waste reduction, customer complaint reduction)
• reporting to the Board on the status and costs of the quality area
• making decisions regarding the Material Review Board (MRB)
• conducting internal audits and taking corrective actions to resolve identified non-conformities
• participating in external audits
